About Me

I aim to offer a warm, safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, helping you to explore difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.

My work is guided by empathy, curiosity and respect. I take time to understand your unique experiences, including aspects of diversity such as race, culture, neurodivergence, sexual orientation and gender identity. I am committed to providing therapy that is inclusive, affirming and responsive to individual differences.
