Where we meet

I offer therapy both online and in person, giving you the flexibility to choose the setting that feels most comfortable and convenient for you.

A peaceful backyard with green grass, plants, bushes, and several trees surrounded by historic buildings with brick and stone facades.

A cozy living room corner with a striped armchair, a wooden side table with a lamp, potted plants, and a dark wooden cabinet beside a window with white trim. The ceiling has a white pendant light, and there's a framed black-and-white picture on the wall.

I offer sessions in Forest Hill On Wednesdays.

Online sessions

Online therapy offers a flexible and convenient way to access support from the comfort of your own home or another private space. Sessions are held via Cliniko, a professional platform that provides secure and confidential video calls, and are available to adults living anywhere in the UK.

Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many common psychological difficulties. It can also make it easier to fit therapy around work, family life, or other commitments, while avoiding the time and expense of travelling.

All you need is a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and quiet, confidential space where you can talk without being interrupted.

I offer online sessions on Mondays and Thursdays.
