I have over two decades of experience working in adult mental health, supporting people with a wide range of psychological difficulties.

I specialise in working with adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety and worry
    (including social anxiety, panic, health anxiety and phobias)

  • Low mood and depression

  • Stress, emotional overwhelm and burnout

  • Low self-esteem, confidence and shame

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  • Experiences related to neurodivergence, including autism, ADHD and dyslexia

  • Grief, loss and bereavement

  • Life transitions and adjustments
    (including living with illness and disability, perimenopause and menopause, relationship changes and career transitions)

  • Perfectionism or harsh internal standards

  • Loneliness and isolation

  • Insomnia and sleep difficulties
